Kevin Adams Trip to Everest

A Nepalese trek…

On 22nd October 2008, Maths teacher Kevin Adams from King’s School Grantham set off on an intrepid three week expedition to Everest Base Camp South side with two other staff members and 13 of their young sixth formers.

Kevin, who bravely summited Everest in spring 2007, has continued to train hard for his next adventure and believes that taking Health Perception’s GlucOsamine 750mg supported his joints during his intense training programme that resulted in him successfully powering up Everest.

As well as transporting 170 kg of vital mountain rescue equipment to the Porter Rescue Centre at Everest Base Camp to help the local porters, they are hoping to raise £5,000 for Community Action Nepal (CAN) to help build a new school.
